Luke was able to come to my home on short notice late in the evening due to a leak coming through my ceiling basement. He was extremely thorough in trying to identify the leak and communicating possible causes prior to opening up walls, ceiling, etc. Luke was able to identify the cause being our dishwasher and was able to assist with relieving the leak.
